2. Product Info & Pricing
We do our best to keep all product info (sizing, color, availability) and pricing accurate. Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to modify prices, products, and promotions without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment Options
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can pay via:
Online payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets)
Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across most pincodes
All payments must be completed before shipment unless COD is selected.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location.
Delays may occur during festivals, strikes, or courier disruptions. We’ll do our best to keep you updated.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind? No problem.
You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of placing your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Email us at contactacecoz@gmail.com with your order ID to initiate a return.
Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method or wallet within 5–7 days after item inspection.
6. Intellectual Property
All visuals, designs, logos, slogans, and product names on this site belong to AceCozmoz. You may not reuse them without written permission.
7. UGC & Brand Tags
When you tag us or use our branded hashtags on social media, you agree to let us repost or use that content for promotional purposes (with credit, always 💯).
